What we rent

Four things, done properly.

Prices are per day, from-figures, and DRAFT until operator agreements are signed. Every one is the local operator's own rate plus our 10% — we do not hide a commission inside someone else's price. Deposits are refundable and stated before you commit.

Licensed livery only. Every chauffeured vehicle comes from an operator holding commercial passenger-transport authority, with insurance that covers paying passengers. A private car with a premium badge is not a legal livery vehicle in Colombia, and we will not put you in one.

We will talk you out of the wrong rental.

Medellín traffic is real, and the Guatapé highway is not a first ride. If a scooter is the wrong call for your experience level, we will say so and put you on the Metrocable or in a car instead — the advice is the product, not the rental.

Insurance, licences, helmets.

Every vehicle carries current SOAT insurance and a valid technical inspection. You ride with a licence that is valid for that vehicle class at home, you wear the helmet, and children never ride as scooter passengers with us. A golf cart needs only a car licence, which is why it is the family answer on the island.

How our price is built.

We take the operator’s own daily rate and add 10%. That covers vetting the operator, delivering the vehicle to you, the handover briefing and being the person who answers if something goes wrong at 8pm on a Sunday. You are welcome to rent directly from any operator on the island for their rate — we will even tell you which ones we rate. The 10% buys the part we actually do.

On Plus and VIP, rentals come to you.

Delivery to your accommodation is free on Corazón Plus and VIP — the scooter is outside the door at 8am and gone again when you are done with it. Snorkel gear is in the shop too, if you would rather own it than return it.
