Corazón Plus, concretely

One person. One thread. Things arrive.

Plus exists because the most common message we get mid-trip is not a complaint — it is “is there any way someone could bring…”. Water to a viewpoint. A phone charger to a finca. Sunscreen to the boat before it leaves. On Plus, the answer is yes: your named contact takes the message and something arrives where you are.

The security half is quieter. For nights out, cash-heavy days or camera equipment, we arrange a licensed escort through registered private-security firms — priced transparently, agreed in advance, never sprung on you as an upsell.

Tips never buy service.

Tipping is optional on every tier, and 100% of tips are donated — 20% to children and young-adult tourism training. Nobody on our team is paid better or worse because of what you tip, on any tier.

What no tier includes.

No tier buys exceptions to our code of conduct, our child-safeguarding rules, or the medical-travel gates. VIP means the first boat out and someone at arrivals — it does not mean we will arrange something we have said no to at every other tier.

Where our margin comes from, plainly.

On anything supplied by a third party — scooters, boats, venues, security, gear — we charge the supplier’s own rate plus 10%, and we tell you that is what we are doing. On our own guiding and coordination the fee is the fee. What we never do is take a hidden commission from an operator for sending you their way, then call it a recommendation.
